BALFOUR, David Neil
April 18, 1952 - September 8, 2023

Neil was predeceased by his father and mother Scotty and Irene Balfour and his brother Drew. He is survived by his twin sister Jeanne and his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Patricia; niece Jillian Armstrong; nephews Stuart and David Balfour, Ian and Eric Mahon; as well as nine great-nephews.

Neil worked as a mud engineer on the oil rigs first in Canada before heading to the English North Sea, Pakistan, Yemen, Australia, etc. During this working adventure all over the world and throughout all of this travel he always returned to Kenosee Lake to his family and friends. He bought an RV after retiring with the intention to travel Canada and USA however cancer interrupted that.

A Family and Friends Celebration will be held at a later date.
